PIB Group buys health and safety training business Lincsafe
PIB Group (PIB) has today announced it has bought Lincsafe (Health & Safety) based in Market Rasen, Lincolnshire. It is PIB’s 15th investment since it started first acquiring in February 2016.

PIB Group appoints two Non-Executive Directors
PIB Group (PIB) has announced the appointments of Tim Brooke and Adrian Colosso as independent Non-Executive Directors. Tim Brooke will also act as Chairman (subject to regulatory approval) for all Group regulated businesses (except Citynet) and the Group’s Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee.

The business officially opened its doors on Thursday 15th February. The combined business has over 40 employees with 24 risk professionals on the road, and there are plans to continue its rapid growth.

PIB Group (PIB) has today announced it has bought Citynet Insurance Brokers Ltd. The deal is the 12th investment made by the Group in 19 months, and follows three recent acquisitions of aQmen Underwriting, Morton Michel and Franklands in the past six months.

PIB Group (PIB) has today announced the acquisition of Morton Michel based in Croydon, South London. The deal is the tenth investment made by PIB in 16 months.

PIB Group (PIB) has today announced it has bought 100% of the shares of aQmen Holdings Limited, the holding company of the aQmen Underwriting group. The deal is the 11th investment made by PIB in 17 months, and follows its two recent acquisitions of Franklands and Morton Michel.
