Our Apprenticeship scheme offers ambitious individuals the chance to kick start careers in the fast paced Insurance industry. We have a range of roles available including; Insurance practitioners, Finance, Data, HR and Business Administration.
Our Early in Careers Apprentice scheme is designed to provide hands-on experience, industry-recognised qualifications, and mentorship from experienced professionals in your chosen area. You’ll gain valuable insights about the insurance industry and the different supporting departments we have in the business.

What is included in a PIB Group apprenticeship?
It’s a blend of education and work experience. You’ll spend 20% of the working week developing the knowledge, skills and behaviours to successfully complete your apprenticeship with the support of our Learning and Development team. For the rest of the week, you’ll be applying what you’ve learnt to thrive in a real job with real responsibilities to contribute to our story of growth.
You’ll receive comprehensive training along with a competitive salary, support from tutors, a skills coach and a line manager who will support you to build a successful career.

What qualifications will you need?
Qualifications
Ideally you will need GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above, or an equivalent qualification. Don’t be discouraged if you don’t quite have the minimum qualifications, your attitude and passion to succeed are just as important.
