PIB Group Ltd (PIB) is continuing to strengthen its employee benefits business. The Group’s latest investment involves the strategic acquisition of the employee benefits division of Creative, an employee benefits intermediary and workplace pension provider based in Croydon. The division and client book of business will transfer into and trade under the PIB Employee Benefits (‘PIB EB’) brand from 01 December 2022.
Founded in 2007, Creative have built a strong reputation as specialists in auto-enrolment, workplace pensions, group risk and healthcare. Their employee benefits division comprises a talented team of consultants with a wealth of experience and expertise across all areas of employee benefits, including a specific focus on workplace pensions. They will help to bolster PIB’s position and reputation within the pension market while enhancing its group risk and healthcare market share.
In addition to expanding PIB’s client book and expertise, the move will further strengthen an existing partnership with Cushon, the workplace savings and pension fintech, who recently acquired Creative’s multi-employer workplace pension, Creative Pension Trust.
The partnership with Cushon further supports PIB EB clients seeking to incorporate positive ESG (environmental, social and governance) outcomes via their workplace pensions.
